You can place an order simply by submitting your request using our order form.

Your order will be processed within the next 2 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email from us, advising you on the availability of your order as well as payment.

We regret that order cancellation/alteration is not possible once the order has been processed and sent out.

We also welcome Bulk Buy for our products.  Please note that for Bulk Buy, a single buyer will coordinate the purchase and delivery will be to one location.  Please contact us on any queries for the bulk buy option.

All amounts in this site are in Singapore Dollars.

Payment is to be made within 3 business days.  Failure to do so, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We are pleased to offer you the following payment options:

1)  Cash on delivery

This option is only available for self-collection option or local courier services.

2)  ATM / Internet Banking

Bank details will be furnished in the confirmation email. 

3)  Credit Card via PayPal (for overseas customers only)

You can pay by credit card via PayPal in Singapore dollars.  PayPal handling fee of 5% to be borne by buyer.  We will furnish the required details in our confirmation email.

After payment is made, please advise us by sending us email to inform us.  We will do the necessary verification before sending your item/s out.

For shipping / deliveries within Singapore:-

* The above rates are for normal mail postage.

If you opt for registered mail, an additional $2.20 will be chargable. 

If your total orders (excluding postage and handling) exceeds $50, we will waive your Normal Mail postage and handling charges. For puchases more than $100, we will not only waive your postage charges, we will send your items via Registered Mail at no extra cost.

For shipping / deliveries outside Singapore:-

Zone 1 - Malaysia & Brunei

Zone 2 - Countries in Asia & the Pacific except Australia, Japan & New Zealand

Zone 3 - Countries in the rest of the world including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Africa, USA, Europe & Middle East

* All the above rates are for standard air-mail postage.

If you opt for registered mail, an additional $2.20 will be chargable.  You will receive your orders within 5-7 Working Days from the date your order is being sent out.

Please note that we are NOT liable for any loss of parcel for both local or international delivery unless it is a mistake made by us.  Hence, we strongly urge our customers to opt for the registered post option.

For shipping / deliveries within Singapore:-

1)  Your purchased item/s would be posted out within 3 business days or earlier upon receiving your payment.

2)  For purchase above $100, item/s will be sent via Registered Mail for free.

3)  You can also make use of our local courier service via SpeedPost for a minimal fee of $10. 

4)  Alternatively, you can pick up the item/s yourself.  Location for self collection will be at Choa Chu Kang. 

5)  For urgent delivery / collection, please contact us.

6)  Please note that Snappity Snap will not be responsible for delays of postal delivery and is not responsible for the package once placed in the hands of SingPost.  In the unlikelihood that a package is lost, we may file an Enquiry On Postal Article with SingPost on your behalf because you are a valued customer. However, we are not responsible for loss of the contents.

For shipping / deliveries outside Singapore:-

1)  Your purchased item would be posted out within 3 business days upon receiving your payment.

2)  We will engage the services of SpeedPost and SpeedPost delivery rates will be applied. Import taxes are sometimes levied by a country’s customs and tax authorities. Taxes vary and are calculated on the value of the goods. All import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We declare the actual value of the contents and list it under merchandise and are unable to do otherwise.

1)  All item/s sold are final and are NOT RETURNABLE or NOT REFUNDABLE expect of item/s due to manufacturing defects.  Please inform us within 7 days of purchase.  Customer is liable for the shipping cost of returns.  Refunds will be given in terms of Snappity Snap eVouchers upon verification of defect.

2)  Please include the original receipt along with the returned item/s.  However, if you have received the item/s as a gift, please indicate the name and address/contact of the purchaser.

3)  Item/s returned must be unused, unwashed and in their original confition with tags (if any) still attached.

4)  We regret that we are unable to extend the return / exchange policy to discounted items and eVouchers.

5)  We cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected returns or items damaged on the way back for a return / exchange.  Hence it is advisable that you return the items via registered mail, courier service or by hand.

6)  Please be advised that shipping / postage charges are not refundable.  Any further charges incurred upon the return of the item/s are to be borne by the customer.

7)  Exchange item/s are subjected to availability.

Snappity Snap respects and promises to honor your privacy. Your contact information, including your email address, telephone number or anything else we request of you, will never be disclosed, shared, transferred, sold or rent to any third party without your prior consent unless it is necessary or appropriate to comply with the applicable laws or in legal proceedings.

Snappity Snap does not send unsolicited marketing emails to you, our customers.  However, you may receive periodical emails on special promotions, new products and events.

Snappity Snap will notify you, by means of e-mails or telephone, should there be a need to use your information in a manner other than those stated on our website. You will then have a choice to consent or reject to such use.

Snappity Snap reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.  Please review this Privacy Policy periodically.
